Research Notes, “Twenty Years of Change: Do Indianapolis Congregations Reflect National Trends?” compares results from the Faith Communities Today 2020 survey with what we observe in Indianapolis. Responsive Congregations, “Racial Diversity and Congregational Leadership,” considers the challenges of racially diverse leadership teams in religion organizations.
