Kevin Mickey conducted a custom-built workshop, “Using Geospatial Technologies to Describe and Measure Risks and Vulnerabilities from Florida Hurricanes” in Tallahassee, FL the week of Jan. 24. The workshop was geared to local government officials and other stakeholders responsible for understanding the social and economic risks associated with hurricanes. It focused on how these risks can be analyzed and mitigated using geospatial tools and methods.
